  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup vegetable stock
  • 0.5 cup green onion -- thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger root -- minced
  • 1 tsp garlic -- minced
  • 0.5 tsp wasabi (or 1/2 tsp minced jalapeno pepper)

Instructions

    In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well blended.

    Regrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
