- 0.5 cup vegetable stock
- 0.5 cup green onion -- thinly sliced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger root -- minced
- 1 tsp garlic -- minced
- 0.5 tsp wasabi (or 1/2 tsp minced jalapeno pepper)

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well blended.
