Magic Meatloaf
A tender crockpot meatloaf with egg, milk, breadcrumbs, and chopped vegetables, cooked on low all day with ketchup glaze and potatoes nestled around the sides.

- 1 0.5 lb ground chuck
- 1 egg, beaten
- 0.3 cup milk
- 1 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 slice bread, crumbled
- 0.5 small onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp green pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp celery, chopped
- 6 potatoes, cut up
- 0.3 cup ketchup
Instructions

Mix egg, milk, salt, and breadcrumbs; let stand to soften.

Combine thoroughly with ground chuck and chopped vegetables. Shape into a loaf.

Place loaf in crockpot. Top with ketchup.

Place potatoes around the sides (coat with butter if peeled to prevent darkening).
