- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups tomato juice
- salt & pepper
Instructions

Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium hot coals.

Add macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic.

Sauté in oil until macaroni turns yellow.

Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato juice; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
