Macaroni, Egg, and Ham Casserole

  • 6 each eggs
  • 0.3 cup - Milk
  • 0 cup - Ham/Turkey Ham - diced
  • 0.5 cup - Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

    Boil enough Macaroni to fill up your favorite casserole dish.

    Drain Macaroni and place in the casserole.

  3. 3

    Whisk the eggs together & add milk.

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.

  5. 5

    Add Salt/Pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Pour mixture over the macaroni.

  7. 7

    Add 1 cup of the diced ham and stir in.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle the remaining ham and a little parmesan cheese over the top.

    Cover and bake at 350F for approx. 1 hour (depending upon the casserole size).

    It's done when the eggs are set up.

    Take off the lid for the last five minutes to brown the top a bit.

    Sometimes I add broccoli or beans to it.
