  • 1 lb dry macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 14 oz canned corn, drained
  • 14 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 to taste ketchup or salsa (optional)
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 slice American cheese

Instructions

    Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.

    Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain fat.

    Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Top with cheese slices.

    Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes until bubbling and cheese is melted.
