Crockpot low fat version of swiss chicken

- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- low fat thin-sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 0.3 cup skim milk
- minced garlic, tarragon, or marjoram to taste
- 1 C+ very small bread cubes
- butter flavored Pam
- of chicken. Mix soup, milk, spices/herbs and pour over chicken. Place on low
- for 3 hours. Add bread cubes on top, stir in a little to just moisten the stuffing a
- bit. Spray over top with butter-flavored Pam (must be butter flavor to get the
- effect of butter!) Cook another 1-2 hours on low. Do NOT overcook!
