Crockpot low fat version of swiss chicken

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • low fat thin-sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.3 cup skim milk
  • minced garlic, tarragon, or marjoram to taste
  • 1 C+ very small bread cubes
  • butter flavored Pam
  • of chicken. Mix soup, milk, spices/herbs and pour over chicken. Place on low
  • for 3 hours. Add bread cubes on top, stir in a little to just moisten the stuffing a
  • bit. Spray over top with butter-flavored Pam (must be butter flavor to get the
  • effect of butter!) Cook another 1-2 hours on low. Do NOT overcook!
