Low-Fat Glazed Chicken
Chicken breasts dipped in a marjoram-nutmeg-orange juice glaze and slow-cooked, then finished with a cornstarch-thickened sauce.

- 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 3 chicken breasts, split (6 pieces)
- 0.5 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 0.3 cup water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions

Combine thawed orange juice concentrate, marjoram, nutmeg, and garlic powder.

Dip each piece of chicken to coat. Place in crockpot.

Cook on LOW 6 hours until tender.

Remove chicken; whisk cornstarch into water and stir into juices to make a glaze. Pour over chicken.
