  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 orange, peeled and seeded 6 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 6 tbsp honey 6 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp salt 1 tsp. fresh grated lemon rind
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp. lemon extract

    BLEND all ingredients until smooth. (Some fibers will still be visible.) COOK in
