Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon

- 2 lb salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.

Place salmon fillets on baking sheet skin-side down. Pour lemon-garlic mixture over fillets.

Bake 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
