Lemon Chili Shrimp Sticks
Shrimp marinated in a lemon-ginger-cilantro-chili-honey sauce, threaded onto individual skewers, and broiled until caramelized and fragrant.

- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 piece fresh ginger (1/2 inch), peeled and grated
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 0.5 tbsp Chinese hot chili sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 20 raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 20 wooden skewers

Combine garlic, ginger, cilantro, chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl.

Add shrimp; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Thread 1–2 shrimp onto each skewer.

Broil or grill 3–4 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
