Kids' Favorite

Simple layered casserole that kids love — thin-sliced potatoes, hot dogs, broccoli and cheese baked in milk. Quick, economical and always a hit.

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 4 each hot dogs, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp flour

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Slice potatoes thin. Grease a glass bread dish.

    Add half the potatoes in a layer. Sprinkle flour over potatoes. Add broccoli, hot dogs and half the cheese.

    Add remaining potatoes, then repeat the layers once more. Pour milk over the mixture. Add cheese on top.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes, checking after 20 minutes.
