KFC Potato Salad

- 5 cup diced and cooked potatoes (about 8 medium)
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 0.5 cup diced celery
- 0.5 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 large hard-cooked eggs, peeled and diced
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp celery salt
- 0.3 tsp pepper

Combine the diced potatoes, onion, celery, pickle relish, and eggs in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, celery salt, and pepper.
