  • 5 cup diced and cooked potatoes (about 8 medium)
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 0.5 cup diced celery
  • 0.5 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 large hard-cooked eggs, peeled and diced
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp celery salt
  • 0.3 tsp pepper

Instructions

    Combine the diced potatoes, onion, celery, pickle relish, and eggs in a large bowl.

    In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, celery salt, and pepper.
