KFC Macaroni Salad

  • 7 oz elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 ribs celery, minced fine
  • 1 tbsp dry minced onion
  • 0.3 cup sweet pickles, diced
  • 1 0.5 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper
  • 0.3 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

    Cook macaroni according to package directions until just tender; drain and cool completely.

    In a large bowl, combine cooled macaroni with celery, dry minced onion, and diced sweet pickles.

    In a separate bowl, mix Miracle Whip, mayonnaise, black pepper, dry mustard, and sugar until smooth.

    Pour dressing over macaroni mixture and stir to combine thoroughly.

    Season with salt to taste. Cover tightly and refrigerate several hours before serving. Best served chilled.
