  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

    In a large bowl, whisk together almond milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, xanthan gum, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.

    Add the eggs to the mixture and stir until well combined.
