Katta Meeta Paneer

- 200 g cottage cheese, diced
- 0.3 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp maida
- 1 cup water
- tomato sauce
- 0.8 cup sugar
- 0.8 cup vinegar
- cornflour
- Orange color used in cooking
- 2 carrots boiled
- 125 g boiled green peas
- 100 g French beans boiled
- 2 onions, chopped
- 125 g palak leaves
- 100 g fenugreek leaves.

Method : 1. Marinate paneer with white pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, maida and fry the paneer pieces. 2. Cook sugar, cornflour (mixed with water), tomato sauce, salt, and vinegar in a pan on fire. 3. When the mixture thickens a bit, put in salt n' pepper to taste and all of cottage cheese and other vegetables. 4. Put in two onions and cook for sometime. 5. Serve with boiled rice. 80 10.
