   Beat egg whites until stiff . Fold in sugar and beaten yolks . Add water and vanilla . Mix in flour . Line

   pan. Had 20 to 25 minutes at 350º . Loosen edges and turn upside down on a

   powdered sugar towel. Remove paper and trim off stiff edges. Roll up in towel & cool . Unroll and

   spread with jelly . Roll up.
