Jalapeno Cheese Soup

- 6 cup chicken broth
- 8 stalks celery, diced
- 2 cup diced onion
- 0.8 tsp garlic salt
- 0.3 tsp white pepper
- 2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup diced jalapeño peppers
- 0.5 cup sour cream for garnish
- 4 piece flour tortillas for serving

Dice celery stalks, onions, and jalapeños.

In a large saucepan, place chicken broth, celery, onions, garlic salt, and white pepper. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes, or until mixture reduces and thickens slightly.

In a blender or food processor, place the broth mixture and Velveeta cheese. Purée until smooth.

Return pureed mixture to the saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add diced jalapeño peppers and mix well.
