- 2 lb flank steak
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 0.5 cup Jack Daniels bourbon
- 0.3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
- 0.5 cup water
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions

Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl.

Place the meat in a plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.

Marinate for about 2 days.

Stir up the mixture once in a while.

Dry meat in the lowest temperature of your oven or in a food dehydrator, until flexible but stiff.
