- 0.3 cup light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 0.5 tsp ground ginger
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 4 cup cooked rice

Add the mushrooms and bean sprouts, and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes (or until cooked.) Add water as necessary to prevent sticking. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes (or until cooked.) Serve hot. Recipe serves 4.
