- 2 zucchinis, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 0.3 cup butter, melted
- 1 0.5 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Pepper
- Salt

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic, pepper, and salt. Brush zucchini slices with melted butter mixture. Preheat the griddle to high heat. Place zucchini slices on the griddle top and cook for 2 minutes per side. Transfer zucchini slices on serving plate and garnish with parsley. Servings and enjoy.
