Italian Tomato Sauce For Pastas

- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 clove of garlic
- 4 tbsp of Virgin Olive oil.
- 2 small carrots, grated
- 0.5 cup of chopped green bell pepper
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tsp of Oregano
- 1 tsp of Thyme
- 2 tsp of Basil
- 5 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cup tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 2 Six-ounce cans of tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt, or 2 of Indo
- 0.3 tsp of fresh ground pepper
- 1 tsp of raw unfiltered honey
- 1. Sauté onions and garlic until onion is soft. Crush garlic
