Italian Tomato Sauce For Pastas

  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 4 clove of garlic
  • 4 tbsp of Virgin Olive oil.
  • 2 small carrots, grated
  • 0.5 cup of chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp of Oregano
  • 1 tsp of Thyme
  • 2 tsp of Basil
  • 5 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 cup tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Six-ounce cans of tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt, or 2 of Indo
  • 0.3 tsp of fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tsp of raw unfiltered honey
  • 1. Sauté onions and garlic until onion is soft. Crush garlic

    then add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings.
