Italian Shrimp Saute Galliano
Quick Italian-style shrimp sautéed in olive oil and butter with scallions, marjoram, and finished with warmed Galliano liqueur.

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 tbsp scallions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp dried marjoram or oregano
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp Galliano liqueur, warmed

Heat olive oil and butter in skillet.
