  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried marjoram or oregano
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp Galliano liqueur, warmed

Instructions

    Heat olive oil and butter in skillet.

    Sauté shrimp until pink, about 5 minutes.

    Add scallions, parsley, and seasonings.

    Cook and stir 1 minute.
