Italian Casserole
Simple Italian-style baked noodle casserole with ground chuck, cream cheese, sour cream and tomato sauce, topped with shredded cheddar and baked until bubbly.

- 5 oz medium egg noodles
- 0 salt to taste
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 0 shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions

Cook noodles in salted boiling water; drain.

In a large skillet brown meat and onions; drain. Add cream cheese; stir until melted.

Remove from heat and add sour cream and tomato sauce.

Combine sauce mixture and noodles. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.

Cover with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350°F until bubbly.
