- 0.3 cup bacon drippings
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbs chili powder
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 4 lb pork loin with bone in
- 1 lb dry black beans
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 0.3 cup warm water and add to mixture. Stir well
- 0.5 cup diced salt pork
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 6 oz package cooked ham, diced
