  • 4 lb pork loin with bone in
  • 1 lb dry black beans
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 0.3 cup warm water and add to mixture. Stir well

  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 6 oz package cooked ham, diced
