- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 0 garlic salt to taste
- 0 pepper to taste
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 8 oz noodles or spaghetti

Brown ground beef and onion; pour off excess grease. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Cook noodles or spaghetti according to package directions.

Blend sour cream and cream cheese together.

Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan. Layer noodles, then meat sauce, then cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Serve with a tossed salad.
