Hungry Jack Casserole

A hearty ground beef and baked bean casserole topped with biscuits and Cheddar cheese, baked until the biscuits are golden and the filling is bubbling.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 0.8 cup barbecue sauce
  • 0.7 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat.

    Mix ground beef, baked beans, and barbecue sauce together. Pour into a casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Cut each biscuit in half and arrange on top of casserole.
