  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 0.8 lb ground pork
  • 0.8 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion -- chopped
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 egg -- beaten
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 cup sauerkraut -- rinsed and drained
  • 1 0.5 cup tomato juice
  • 1 0.5 cup water
  • 1 cup sour cream
