- 2 tbsp of sweetened mustard, example Slottssenap, acquired "IKEA" (but do not hesitate a substitute!)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- (1 egg-yolk)
- salt and coarsely ground pepper
- 125 ml vegetable oil
- plenty of chopped fresh

Mix the mustard, (egg yolk), vinegar, for sugar salt and pepper. The egg yolk is from not necessary, but will make the sauce to use smoother and softer. Whisk constantly and add slowly the oil. Continue until the sauce is creamy. Add the chopped dill. white dill 25
