Hot Turkey and Cheddar Casserole

- 3 cup cooked turkey, cubed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 0.5 cup onion, diced
- 0.5 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed
- 3 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

In a large bowl, combine turkey, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, peas, onion, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.

Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.

Toss crushed crackers with melted butter and spread over the top.

Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes until heated through and topping is golden.
