Hot Sausage Casserole

Spicy sausage, vegetables and uncooked rice baked in cream of chicken and mushroom soups — everything goes in raw and comes out perfectly cooked and flavorful.

  • 1 lb hot sausage, crumbled and browned
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup rice (not instant)
  • 21 0.5 oz cream of chicken soup (2 cans)
  • 10 0.8 oz cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

    Spray a casserole baking dish with cooking spray; pour mixture in.

    Cover tightly and bake in a 400°F oven for one hour.
