Hot Chicken Salad

  • 2 0.5 cup chopped, cooked chicken meat
  • 2 cup chopped celery
  • 0.5 cup chopped salted almonds
  • 0.3 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped pimento peppers
  • 0.8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Combine the chicken, celery, almonds, bell pepper, onion, pimento, salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Mix well.

    Pour into a 1.5-quart casserole dish.

    Top with grated Swiss cheese and crushed potato chips.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and top is golden.
