- 2 0.5 cup chopped, cooked chicken meat
- 2 cup chopped celery
- 0.5 cup chopped salted almonds
- 0.3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp chopped pimento peppers
- 0.8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 cup crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine the chicken, celery, almonds, bell pepper, onion, pimento, salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Mix well.

Pour into a 1.5-quart casserole dish.

Top with grated Swiss cheese and crushed potato chips.

Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and top is golden.
