  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 0.3 cup half-and-half
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp light corn syrup

    Combine all ingredients in a 4-cup glass measuring cup.

    Stir to mix.

    Microwave on high for 2 minutes, until it boils.

    Pour into a sterile pint jar, cover and store refrigerated for up to 1 month.
