  • 6 pork loin chops (1" thick)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 cup finely crushed pork rinds
  • 6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 3/4 stick butter -- (3/4 to 1)
  • 5 min cooking time per side

Instructions

    Marinate pork chops in olive oil, rosemary, thyme & 1/2 tbls pepper overnight.

    Remove and cook chops for 5 min each side.

    Blend softened butter, horseradish, porkrinds & remaining pepper together.

    Place on pork chops and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until topping is brown & chops are done.
