  • 1 0.5 lb ground chuck
  • 0.8 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cup ketchup, plus extra for top
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp minced green bell pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté green onion, garlic, and bell pepper in oil until soft.

    Combine eggs, milk, salt, and spices. Mix bread crumbs and flour into ground meats by hand.

    Add egg mixture, sautéed vegetables, and ¼ cup ketchup; mix well.

    Press into a 9×5-inch loaf pan; spread remaining ketchup on top. Bake 60 minutes. Rest before slicing.
