- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into rings
- 2 russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

Layer ingredients in order: crumble raw ground beef over the bottom.

Lay sliced onion rings over the beef, then green pepper rings.

Top with sliced potatoes, then sliced carrots.

Season generously with salt and pepper. Splash Worcestershire sauce liberally over the top.

Cover tightly with a lid or foil. Bake for 75 minutes until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked through.
