- 2 cup white cabbage, shredded
- 2 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 2 cup assorted greens (mustard greens, collards, or spinach), shredded
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1 cup chopped green onions (green parts only)
- 0.5 cup chopped parsley
- 0.8 cup olive oil
- 0.3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 0.5 cup Creole or whole-grain mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 0.3 tsp cayenne pepper

In a large bowl, combine the white cabbage, red cabbage, greens, red onions, green onions, and parsley.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
