- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 1 cup Muesli
- 1 cup natural bran
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tbsp. rolled oats

Preheat oven to 400F and grease 16 muffin pans.

Mix together flour, raisins, Muesli, bran, sugar, soda, and salt.

In separate bowl, blend yogurt, oil, milk and molasses.

Mix wet ingredients into dry until just moistened.

Spoon batter into muffin pans, or paper lined cups.

Bake for 20 minutes or until firm to the touch.

Cool before removing from pans.
