Hearty Beef Vegetable Stew
A simply spiced slow cooker beef and vegetable stew seasoned with Old Bay, with chunks of chuck, potatoes, carrots, and onion.

- 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, divided
- 3 lb beef chuck, trimmed
- 4 potatoes, cut in chunks
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 0.5 onion, sliced
- 1 cup water

Sprinkle 1 tsp Old Bay over beef. Sprinkle remaining 1 tsp over vegetables.
