Hearty Beef and Vegetable Stew

  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning, divided
  • 1 0.5 lb beef chuck, trimmed and cut into chunks
  • 2 potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 0.5 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

    Sprinkle 1 tsp Old Bay over beef chunks. Sprinkle remaining 1 tsp Old Bay over vegetables.

    Place beef in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add potatoes, carrots, and onion.

    Pour water over everything.

    Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours, until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked through.

    Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve in bowls with crusty bread.
