  • 1 lb. stew meat, cut into small cubes
  • 3 potatoes, peeled, cut into cubes
  • 2 carrots, peeled, and sliced thin
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 med zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg, dry onion soup mix

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in crock-pot.

    Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
