- 1 cup Atkins Bake Mix 1/2 Cup Flax Seed Meal
- 0.5 cup Splenda 1 Tsp Cinnamon2 Eggs
- 0.3 cup of Heavy Cream 1/4 Cup of Water
- 0.3 cup of SF Hazelnut Syrup 2 Tblsp. Vegetable Oil
