  • 1 C. chopped hazelnuts, toasted and cooled completely
  • 1/2 C. packed light or dark brown sugar
  • 1 C. buttermilk biscuit and baking mix
  • 1/2 C. packed light or dark brown sugar
  • 1 C. buttermilk biscuit and baking mix

Instructions

    Empty contents of jar into medium bowl.

    Stir in 1 stick butter or margarine, melted;

    1 large egg; and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

    Shape into 1−inch balls.

    Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown.
