  • 2 0.5 lb fresh haricots verts (thin green beans)
  • 0.3 cup prepared horseradish
  • 0.3 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup prepared mayonnaise
  • 0.3 cup minced yellow onions
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 0.5 lb crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Instructions

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the haricots verts for 2 minutes. Shock in an ice bath, drain, and pat dry.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the horseradish, sour cream, mayonnaise, onions, and garlic. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

    Toss the blanched beans with the dressing until well coated.
