Hamburger Casserole in Crockpot

  • 2 large potatoes, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 3 large carrots, sliced
  • 1 ½ pounds hamburger, browned
  • 1 (#2) can peas, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. 1

    Place layers of vegetables in order given in crock pot.

  2. 2

    Season each layer with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Put hamburger on top of celery.

  4. 4

    Mix soup with water and pour on top.

  5. 5

    Cover; set at low temperature for 6-8 hours.

  6. 6

    Stir occasionally.
