Ham 'N' Cheese Potato Bake

Creamy, hearty O'Brien hash brown potato casserole with cubed ham, sour cream and a double layer of Cheddar cheese and potato soup. Perfect for potlucks.

  • 24 oz frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cup cubed fully cooked ham
  • 0.8 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 21 0.5 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup (two 10.75-oz cans)
  • 21 0.5 oz condensed cream of potato soup (two 10.75-oz cans)
  • 0.3 tsp pepper

Instructions

    Combine potatoes, ham, 1/2 cup cheese and onion in a large bowl.

    In another bowl, combine sour cream, soups and pepper; add to potato mixture and mix well.

    Transfer to a greased 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Bake uncovered at 350°F for 60-65 minutes until bubbly and potatoes are tender.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
