Ham Balls

  • 3/4 lb Ground Beef or Veal
  • 1-1/2 lb Ground Ham
  • 3/4 cup soft Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

    Mix and make into balls or loaf.

    Cover with 8 oz can crushed pineapple, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 heaping tsps. prepared mustard and 2 tbsp vinegar.

    Cover and bake in 350° oven one hour.
