Ham and Noodle Casserole

  • 1 cup egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cooked ham, cubed
  • 10 0.8 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 tbsp pimento, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.3 cup green bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

    Cook noodles according to package directions until barely tender, about 5 to 6 minutes. Drain and toss with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

    Combine noodles with ham, cream of chicken soup, drained corn, pimento, Cheddar cheese and green pepper. Stir to mix.

    Transfer to a lightly greased slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.

    Stir before serving. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
