Ham And Egg Casserole

  • 0.3 cup diced cooked ham
  • 4 slice sourdough bread, crusts trimmed
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 0.3 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.3 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    Trim crusts from bread, cut slices, and place bread on the bottom of the casserole dish.

    Beat eggs with salt, pepper, and evaporated milk. Pour over bread.

    Sprinkle diced ham over egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours.

    Remove from refrigerator and sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 20–22 minutes until set and golden.
