Ham and Chicken Chowder

- 6 cup chicken stock
- 2 cup cooked ham, diced
- 2 cup potatoes, cubed
- 8 small pearl onions
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup cut green beans
- 1 cup lima beans
- 1 cup canned tomatoes, chopped
- 2 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 leaf bay leaf
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir to mix.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

Remove bay leaf. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Ladle into heated soup bowls and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
