Gumbo
Vegetarian slow cooker gumbo with tomatoes, okra, lima beans, corn, and green bell pepper in a flavorful vegetable stock.

- 1 each onion, chopped
- 3 each whole cloves
- 1 each green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 4 cup vegetable stock
- 1 cup cooked lima beans
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1 0.5 cup sliced okra
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp allspice

Sauté the onion and green pepper with the cloves in water until soft.

Remove the cloves.

Put all ingredients in a slow cooker on high for 6 hours or low for 8–10 hours.
